Vodafone B2B Customer Portal
I worked on Vodafone’s B2B portal, where governments, agencies, and large enterprises manage their Vodafone products and services for thousands of users. Besides front-end development, I also contributed to the back-end application code, improved CI/CD processes, and resolved complex bugs across the entire stack. When Vodafone removed the official Scrum Master role, I drew on my agile experience to help the team maintain structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I also mentored a junior developer through his first project management experience, supporting his technical growth and confidence as an emerging leader.
