Working with Bryan has been an invaluable experience in my career.

He has excellent communication skills. When we first started working together it was my first professional experience and I was feeling somewhat stressed-out. I still remember that he would occasionally get my opinion on a decision he had to make - an intern with 1 week of total experience after uni - which made me feel more valuable and confident, and helped me get up to speed with the work and the environment.

I can safely say that his approach became a bit of a guide for me. Often times, when I need to do some knowledge-sharing or do some sort of announcement to my team-mates, I have a part of me that thinks “How would Bryan formulate this?“.

Besides communication, he also made me appreciate the importance of writing clean, simple code—a lesson that resonated more and more as our team grew throughout the 2.5 years we worked together.
